Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.

 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product is defective, you can return it following our return guidelines.

Return Guidelines:

Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Restocking Fee:

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products. There is no additional cost for returning items.

Refund Processing Time:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product. So, refund processing time is 7 business days. The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 – Contact Us

Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Step 2 – Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and send return approval along with a return shipping label (if applicable).
Return labels are currently issued only for addresses in United States

Step 3 – Packaging & Shipping
Make sure the item is in its original condition, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging included.
Follow the instructions provided in the return authorization.
Ship the item using the supplied return label via USPS (United States Postal Service)

Step 4 – Required Documentation
Include a copy of the return authorization with your return package.
Attach any supporting photos if needed for claims related to damage or defects.

Exchanges:

We only replace items that were initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at store@gerlina.com . The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
